Hi my name is Alicia Rogers, I am a certified Dance2Fit instructor with Jessica Bass James and the owner of HUSTLE DANCE FITNESS.  I am married to an amazing man and I am a stepmom to two wonderful boys.  When I hear someone say “I have struggled with my weight my entire life”...I can relate!   When I found Dance2Fit I knew this was a new inspiration for me.   If you have fun when you are working out then it doesn’t feel like something you have to do but something you WANT to do!  I want all body types and fitness levels to know my class is judgement free...this means no judging yourselves or others.  It may feel intimidating to dance in front of others especially if you don’t know the moves but there are always modifications and really it is just about getting out of your comfort zone and moving that body! Hustle Dance Fitness is more than just a workout class. We combine the hottest pop & hip hop music to create routines you'll be obsessed with! This is a class for people that love dance fitness. I’ve created a safe space where we can all express ourselves freely. A place where there really is NO JUDGEMENT!!! Here we will build friendship throughout our fitness journeys while encouraging each other along the way! It's NOT necessary to know how to dance...SO COME AS YOU ARE EVERY ONE IS ACCEPTED HERE!!!!
